For our sintered porcelain slab and vitrified tile lines, we utilize micronized ball clays, potassium feldspars, and calcined talc milled in high-speed continuous ball mills to an ultra-fine particle distribution (<45 microns) that produces glass-like vitrification during firing.

- Continua+ Continuous Roller Compaction: Our porcelain slab line utilizes continuous belt pressing without traditional mold rigidity, applying >450 kg/cm² pressure to form 1200x3200mm slabs completely free of internal shear tensions.
- Computer-Regulated Fast Firing: Sintered slabs undergo precision firing in 180-meter continuous roller kilns at 1220°C with automated atmosphere regulation and waste-heat recovery.
- Multi-Head Diamond Calibration: Slabs pass through 16-head diamond calibration lines and automated 60-degree digital glossmeters to guarantee mirror reflections exceeding 90–95 Gloss Units.
