Breton-Style Vacuum Pressing & Continuous Compaction
Our manufacturing campus in Wankaner, Morbi District, operates two primary high-capacity lines:
1. Vacuum Vibro-Compression Line: Compacting 93% pure quartz aggregates with polymer binders under 100+ tons of hydraulic force inside a 20-mbar vacuum chamber, delivering an annual output exceeding 350,000 m² of non-porous jumbo slabs.
2. Continua+ Roller Compaction Line: Fabricating large-format sintered porcelain slab tiles up to 1200x3200mm under continuous >450 kg/cm² pressure, followed by vitrification in 180-meter continuous roller kilns at 1220°C.
5-Axis CNC Bridge Saws & 60,000 PSI Waterjets
Precision stone fabrication is an exact mathematical discipline. Our computer-controlled fabrication cell features:
- 5-Axis CNC Bridge Saws: Programmable saw blades running at 1800–2400 RPM with digital blade tilt for clean 45-degree miter cuts on 12mm to 30mm slabs.
- Abrasive Waterjet Cutters: 60,000 PSI ultra-high-pressure waterjet nozzles utilizing 80-mesh garnet abrasive for complex curvilinear cutouts, undermount sinks, and intricate floor medallions.
- Automated Edge Profilers: Producing consistent eased, pencil, half-bullnose, full bullnose, and ogee edge contours with diamond sintered profiling wheels.
16-Head Diamond Calibration & Digital Glossmeters
Achieving deep, distortion-free optical clarity across a 3.2-meter slab requires progressive grinding stages. Our continuous polishing line utilizes sixteen oscillating diamond grinding heads equipped with progressively finer diamond grits (from coarse 60-grit metal bonds down to ultra-fine 3000-grit resin pads).
Mirror-like specular reflection with zero haze or distortion.
Soft, non-reflective velvety tactile finish for contemporary spaces.
Diamond-wire brushed tactile texture with enhanced fingerprint resistance.
