2. Investing in Modern Compression & Continua+ Lines
To transform our vision into industrial reality, Sheen Overseas invested heavily in automated Breton-style high-vacuum vibro-compression technology in Wankaner, Morbi District. By combining 93% pure quartz crystals with high-grade polymer resins under 100+ tons of hydraulic force inside a 20-millibar vacuum chamber, we eradicated internal air cavities, achieving an impervious slab with less than 0.02% water absorption.
Subsequently, we introduced Continua+ continuous compaction lines for large-format sintered porcelain slab tiles, expanding our portfolio into 800x2400mm, 1200x2400mm, and 1200x3200mm formats fired at 1220°C for extreme heat and UV resistance.
